From 1999 to 2007, Pierre was President and Chief Operating Officer of Rolls-Royce Canada Limited where he was responsible for the management of all business units located in Canada.

He joined Rolls-Royce in 1995 as President of Ferranti-Packard, Rolls-Royce's electrical transformer division in North America, with operations in Canada and Mexico. One year later, he was given the responsibility to oversee the transformer group worldwide with additional operations in Scotland and South Africa.

Pierre currently serves on the Board of Directors of two publicly-traded companies: Le Cercle des Presidents and Dans la Rue.

Pierre has a degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.
