She is rigorous, enthusiastic and results-oriented. With her acute listening skills she is able to naturally put people at ease in order to create healthy relationships and keep the lines of communication open. Kathleen's significant understanding of strategic management allows her to help leaders make the right decisions and turn those decisions into concrete actions. Through her work at global advisory firms, she has experience in a number of different business environments: manufacturing, distribution, retail and financial services. Prior to joining Managerial Design, Kathleen was a Director in Corporate Strategic Planning, for Desjardins, the largest co-operative financial group in Canada.

Kathleen has an M.B.A. from HEC Montreal and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Great Distinction) from McGill University in Montreal. Kathleen is fluent in French, English and Spanish (basic) and is based in Montreal, Quebec.
