The
3-D Managerial Effectiveness Seminar (MES) is an intensive six day seminar using the principles of Peter Drucker and ground-breaking work of Dr. Bill Reddin in the areas of management style flexibility and situational sensitivity.
The MES is ideal for managers at all levels - leaders of organizations, leaders of departments and high potentials who will soon be in leadership positions.
What is exciting about this seminar is its long-term impact. Participants do not forget what they learned. Transference to the job is instantaneous and is sustained over time.
Participants will be off-site in overnight accommodations, since late nights and early morning starts are the norm. The course starts at 5:00 p.m. on Day 1 and ends at 2:00 p.m. on Day 6. The course is designed to push boundaries - the commitment is significant but the outcome is invaluable!
After attending the seminar, participants will be able to:
- Define effectiveness for their organization, themselves, and others in terms of outputs
- Diagnose managerial situations
- Employ situational management techniques
- Flex their style to meet the requirements of the situation
- Implement changes to make their teams and organizations more effective, and themselves more effective as leaders
- Give and receive effectiveness-related feedback
- Appraise the style of others
- Work effectively in teams
